the retina of our eye is just lke a mirror!! what ever we see reflects a certain ammount of light with the help of which an image of the object is formed on the retina,now 'coz of that we get to see if you want search for explanatory images on google! and see some tutoring vedios on youtube, its pretty easy1 dont break your head on it!
